Janitorial Training

Sparcling Clean is a professional janitorial service that has been in operation for almost 30 years, with a diverse customer base including: government offices; car dealerships; small business; golf courses; private clubs and other not-for-profit agencies. In addition to providing professional and competitive janitorial services for the Springfield area, Sparcling Clean also serves as a janitorial training program providing paid work opportunities and janitorial skill training to individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided on equipment use, quality standards, appropriate peer interactions, professional work behaviors, and standard safety practices. Cleaning duties include: dusting, vacuuming, trash disposal, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, stripping and waxing of floors, carpet cleaning and other miscellaneous janitorial duties.
